"Is anyone among you sick? He should summon the presbyters of the church, and they should pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven."

Communal Anointing
St. Patrick schedules communal anointings throughout the year. Please watch the bulletin or contact the parish office (319.362.7966) for dates and times.
Anointing of the Sick Before Surgery
If you are scheduled for surgery or other medical procedure, you can contact the parish office to schedule a time to meet and recieve the sacrament.
Anointing if Hospitalized
If you are unexpectedly hospitalized, you can be anointed by the priest covering the hospital or you can contact the parish office (319.362.7966) and staff will contact a priest for you.
Under the FEDERAL PRIVACY ACT, hospitals and other agencies are no longer permitted to give out names and conditions of those receiving treatment without permission from the person. Please contact the parish office directly so we can support you and your loved ones.
Our outreach ministries include visitng those in Hospice Care, the Hospital, those who are Homebound or in Care Centers, and offering Eucharist to those who wish to recieve if in any of these situations. Please contact the Parish Office (319.362.7966) if you wish to be visited.
