Bulletin Submissions Bulletin Submissions are due by noon on two Fridays prior to the weekend the submission is to appear in the bulletin (subject to change depending on civic and Church holidays). When possible, submissions should be done through the link below.
Some General Guidelines: 1) Please consider if it is an event that SHOULD be promoted to the entire parish and visitors. If the event pertains to a specific select group of parishioners/people and there is a more direct means of reaching them, please utilize that and not the bulletin.
2) Please be aware that not all requests can be accommodated. We will do our best to include all requests, but may not be able to accommodate all.
3) Keep it short and sweet! Due to space limits, we request that all "blurbs" contain 100 words or less. If possible, please provide a web page to direct people to for more information instead of including all information in the blurb itself. People are less likely to read long-winded paragraphs, so short blurbs with a call to action (i.e.: "visit www.examplesite.net for more information") work best!
4) Please be aware that requests may be pared down and edited for the bulletin (with due regard for the message/invitation being advertised).
