PARISH PICNIC THIS WEEKEND

This weekend we celebrate as a community our Parish Picnic on Sunday, September 10th! Here are final details as we prepare for a fantastic event:

• Cake Donation/Drop Off
  • Drop cakes off on Saturday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30pm. Please enter the Parish Center using the St. Patrick Courtyard gate and entrance.  There will be a table set up inside the doors. You can also drop cakes off on Sunday morning before the picnic begins.
• Side Dishes/Desserts
  • Parishioners with last names beginning with A-M bring a salad to share.  Parishioners with last names beginning with N-Z, bring a dessert to share. These can be dropped off before the picnic begins.
• Food/Activity Details
  • Food will be served from 11:00am-12:00pm.  The parish will provide burgers, hot dogs, buns, baked beans, chips, table settings, lemonade, and coffee. 
  • Activities will be from 11:00am-1:00pm and will include a cake walk, family bingo (bring your quarters), face painting, and other carnival games.
